Client Support Specialist (CSS)

Mike Javorsky

After nearly five years with Apple Inc., Mike Javorsky joined Boston University's IT Help Center team in early 2011. Having previously earned degrees in Vocal Music Performance at the University of South Dakota and Choral Conducting at the University of Missouri - Kansas City, Mike found a natural fit in his current role providing technical support for BU's College of Fine Arts. Still in disbelief that he is now considered an information technology "professional," Mike is always happy to translate computerese into plain English, and will probably use at least one Doctor Who or Battlestar Galactica reference in the process.
