The CFA Computer Lab will remain generally closed until the start of the Fall semester, though members of the BU community may request access by appointment if needed. Our Help Desk will remain open for technical support during most weekday business hours as shown below, but we may close periodically due to low staffing levels. To request lab access or technical help if the desk is closed, please submit a tech support ticket.

MYPRINT @ CFA
CFA has now officially joined many other locations on campus in offering the MyPrint print service already available in places like the residences and Mugar Library. You can send jobs either from your personal computer or from a CFA Lab computer when using your own login. No matter where you send the job from, you will need to release it upon arriving at CFA, and computers are available in our print room for the purpose of releasing jobs. For instructions on configuring your personal computer to use CFA's MyPrint location, follow the instructions located at http://www.bu.edu/phpbin/myprint/help/index.shtml. CFA IT staff will be able to answer basic questions about use of the MyPrint service, but please make every effort to get questions answered when you have ample time available. We cannot take responsibility for late assignments due to inability to print.
