During the time between the end of finals and the beginning of summer session classes, the CFA Computer Lab and Help Desk will be available by appointment only. When full time staff are in the office and available, immediate assistance will be provided, but in cases where full-time staff are not available, submitted tickets and phone messages will be responded to as quickly as resources allow.

The CFA IT Help Center will be staffed to provide technical support during the hours shown below and the CFA Computer Lab will be available for use by any member of the BU community except when classes or special events are in session.
